Legal
Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RayZense. These terms form a legal agreement between you and RayZense ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the RayZense website at rayzense.com and the RayZense desktop application (collectively, the "Service").
01
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service — including signing up for the waitlist, creating an account, or installing the application — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
02
Service Description
RayZense is an on-device AI aim coaching tool for PC first-person shooter games, currently supporting CS2 and VALORANT. The Service:
- Captures OS-level mouse input and screen data entirely on your local machine.
- Analyses aim patterns including flick accuracy, crosshair placement, and time-to-first-shot.
- Provides personalised sensitivity recommendations and targeted training drills.
- Optionally integrates with your Riot Games account (with your explicit consent via RSO) to correlate aim data with match performance.
The Service is currently in a pre-release / early-access phase. Features, pricing, and availability may change.
03
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
04
Accounts
When you create a RayZense account, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly at contact@rayzense.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use that you have failed to report.
05
Riot Games & RSO (Opt-In)
Opt-in only. Riot Games features are entirely optional. RayZense will never retrieve, display, or share another player's Riot account data without that player's explicit prior consent via the Riot Sign-On (RSO) flow.
If you choose to connect your Riot Games account:
- You will be redirected to Riot's official OAuth consent screen and must actively grant permission.
- Only the permissions you approve will be accessed.
- You may disconnect your Riot account at any time from your account settings, which revokes our access and triggers deletion of all Riot-sourced data from our servers within 30 days.
Third-party service terms
Your use of Riot Games products (VALORANT, etc.) is subject to those companies' own terms of service and end-user licence agreements. RayZense is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or Valve Corporation.
RayZense operates in accordance with the Riot Games API Terms of Service. We do not read game memory, create game overlays, or interact with game processes in any way that would violate Riot Games' or Valve's Terms of Service or anti-cheat policies. However, we cannot make absolute guarantees about future anti-cheat updates by third parties, and you use the Service at your own risk.
While RayZense is designed to be compatible with anti-cheat systems (using only OS-level APIs), you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any game you play. RayZense is not liable for any account action taken by a game publisher or anti-cheat vendor.
06
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application except to the extent permitted by law.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to access or display another player's data without their explicit opt-in consent.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
07
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the RayZense name and logo, is owned by RayZense and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.
You retain ownership of any data you create through use of the Service (e.g., your aim session recordings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

08
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

- The Service will be compatible with every system configuration or game version.
09
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RayZense and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming account status — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $10.
10
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
11
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which RayZense is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
12
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email (to registered users) and by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
